Federal Express International Priority
Most International orders may be shipped via Federal Express International Priority for a basic charge of $27.00 USD. You can expect delivery within 2 full business days. Business days are Sunday-Thursday, excluding federal holidays in ISRAEL.
Any order being shipped to an International destination is subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country; charges for customs clearance are in addition to your shipping charge and must be borne by you. You should contact your local customs office for further information.
Please note, International shipping regulations prohibit the transport of certain types of products and brand names. You will be notified if you attempt to purchase an item or brand name that cannot be shipped to you.
P.O. Boxes
Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box, but some restrictions apply. Items that are sent to P.O. Boxes must be shipped via Registered Air Mail for a basic charge of $1.99 and cannot be expedited. You can expect delivery within 5-10 full business days. Business days are Sunday-Thursday, excluding federal holidays in ISRAEL.
The following items cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box at this time: items over 70 lbs., freight-only items, flammable items, and orders of more than $1000.
In-Stock Items
Most orders for In-Stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your In-Stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.
For example, if you order an In-Stock item on Monday that leaves the warehouse in 1-2 full business days, it will leave the warehouse by end-of-day Wednesday. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Shipping Rules and Restrictions www.jerusalem4u.co.il ships to all states, including Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories of Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We also ship to Military APO / FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes. For International orders, please allow additional time for your order to process. If your order is placed before 3:00 PM EST, your credit is approved, the receiving address is verified, and the item is in stock, then your order will be shipped the same day. Business days are MondayFriday, excluding federal holidays in ISRAEL. All deliveries by FedEx must be made to a verifiable, physical street address. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. For your protection, orders valued at $1000 or more can only be shipped to your billing or a verifiable alternate address. If you wish to ship an order that equals or exceeds $1000 to an address other than your billing address, please notify your credit card company of this alternate address prior to placing your order. For security reasons, all shipments of $300 to $1000 must be signed-for by the person accepting the shipment*. All shipments of $1000 or more must be signed-for by the addressee*. *Important note: If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., FedEx may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with FedExs delivery practices noted above.
